Lake View Patio in Powhatan

This stunning lake-view patio includes a fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and wet bar. The paver patio is composed of BLU 60 slabs and Villagio pavers from Techo-Bloc in a color blend of Champlain Grey and Chestnut Brown. The Outdoor Kitchen features a grill and side burner from Delta Heat as well as a smoker from Kamado Joe. The kitchen also includes bar-top seating for four.

We also finished off the area under the deck with a drainage and ceiling system, lights, fans, two outdoor televisions, heaters, and a wet bar area. The wet bar includes an outdoor refrigerator, multiple storage areas, and bar-top seating for 8. The wet bar and outdoor kitchen structures are both composed of Chocolate Grey thin stone veneer and topped with leathered granite from Classic Granite and Marble.

The patio area transitions to a stepping stone walkway composed of irregular bluestone. The walkway includes a stairway composed of natural bluestone slabs and fieldstone boulders that connect the patio with a dock on the lake.

The walkway and patio are surrounded by a landscape designed to be deer-resistant and outdoor lighting that provides safety and ambiance after the sun goes down.
