An Outdoor Dreams swimming pool project typically includes a fiberglass or gunite shell, pool equipment, automatic cover or fence, utilities (electrical & gas), coping, pool decking, any necessary retaining walls, landscaping, irrigation, outdoor lighting, and all necessary site work (demolition, excavation, trenching, grading, soil removal, and drainage).
Our complete swimming pool projects typically start between $175,000 and $225,000, with most clients investing between $275,000 and $325,000.
Expansive poolscapes with additional patio space and features, like hot tubs, pavilions, fire features, and outdoor kitchens, typically require investements ranging from $350,000-$500,000+.
