To complement the pool, the expanded patio includes a wood-burning fire pit and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen complete with a grill, griddle, built-in storage, ice chest, and dual umbrella holders for shade and comfort. The kitchen is topped with a striking leathered Silver Pearl granite countertop—durable, elegant, and perfect for outdoor entertaining.

The layout was carefully tiered, using brick to match the house, to address the property’s natural slope, creating functional landings for both the main porch steps and the separate in-law suite entrance. A sophisticated hardscape palette brings texture and refinement to the space, featuring Unilock Beacon Hill slabs bordered with Courtstone pavers, thermaled bluestone coping and wall caps, and a Chocolate Grey thin stone veneer used throughout the walls and kitchen.
