Project Synopsis

This stunning space includes a two-tiered deck, outdoor fireplace, paver patio, hot tub (not yet delivered), expansive landscape, and an outdoor television and audio system. The two-tiered deck features Serenity PVC decking (Weathered IPE color) from Wolf Home Products and provides areas for dining and lounging, as well as direct, step-in access to the hot tub. The custom fireplace is veneered with Hudson Valley Country Ledge stone and features a mantel and hearth composed of Hampton Limestone from Oakville Stone. A few steps down from the deck is a versatile patio composed of Techo-Bloc's EVA pavers in Champlain Grey. And finally, our Sunbrite television and audio installations were completed by Livewire.
